You will be a part of a fast-growing, young and dynamic start-up (thirty talents now, and counting!), where you will contribute to make the world a better place!

With our huge growth, we have big, big plans and we’re rapidly growing our FR team. We’re looking for a hardworking, passionate and highly efficient administrator to come and join our Waste Warrior tribe.

Lucie Basch has founded Too Good To Go in June 2016 in France and has been growing through the company, now leading a team of 35 people and highly involved in the whole Europe as Global Director of Sales.

Lucie Basch is now heavily in need of magic hands to help her in a lot of daily tasks she has to complete.

Your missions

As her personal assistant you will make her life easier, smoother and funnier!

Here's a non-exhaustive list of what you could do in one week (or one day ;))

Arrange travel for her and the team – handle expenses => we are everywhere!
Research tasks – e.g. assist HR Mgr. in finding new HR/Recruiting Tool
Assistance tasks as required – administrative support and coordination tasks
Support process documentation
Set up meetings when needed
Answer some of the emails when necessary
Pay invoices as required
Help on salaries calculation and accounting basic tasks

The office is the home of Too Good To Go, we need it pleasant to live, and we need you to rule it! To help with that, you will be in charge of :

Making sure office runs smoothly : coordination and contact to suppliers (lunch, fruit, cleaning, alarm etc.)
Making sure the office always looks presentable and nice
Being the main contact to our landlord (currently MAIF Startup Club)
Organizing events for the team like team building office meetings, sales meetings, team events, Christmas party etc.
Being the best “IT person” ever : ordering IT equipment and keep inventory list
Handle subscriptions, licences etc. – and keep overview of accounts

Who you should be

A first-class administrator mind to assist across all areas of the business
At least 6 months experience in a similar role running a busy office
A can-do, problem-solving, solution focused attitude - you get things done!
Experience of a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organisational skills
Tech savy - you’re quick to pick up new systems and platforms
Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of HR procedures
Passion for fighting food waste and strong desire to work for a start-up
